The IQVIA merger in 2016 meant they had to combine different IT and HR systems while dealing with communication issues from being overly reliant on email with little measurement. Integrating the Firstup platform helped, but there was still some work to be done. The key was in finding their chemistry! Once IC and IT bonded, then the company got behind the platform, and it all came together.
Nine months later, nearly 87% of their 58,000 employees are active users, viewing content on the web, by email, or on the app. The chemistry isn’t ending there. Jennifer Harrison shares how IQVIA has its sights set even higher!
