Before joining SocialChorus as a strategic advisor, he led communications teams for large organizations, including MGM Resorts International and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. While holding senior leadership roles at both organizations, Rey oversaw several communications functions, including media and public relations, crisis management, marketing, social media, internal communications, and internal brand strategy.
With a career that spans multiple industries, Rey has done everything from leading Michigan’s integrated communications response against COVID-19 to launching the workforce communications platform powering MGM’s digital employee experience.
